Long time no see. My bad.

Anyways, there is (used to be?) this show in Japan called Zuiikin English, and its premise was basically to help you learn English while burning some calories, yay!
Example:

If I ever go to Japan, all I really want to do is be able to walk down the street and randomly see a group of people doing this.
